We regard you as a valued trainee/apprentice, and it is our job to ensure that while training with us, you gain the skills, experience and opportunities that you need to succeed in your chosen field. It is our responsibility to ensure that your time with us is challenging, interesting, stimulating and rewarding. Your learning is our business and as such we implement and facilitate tasks that will enable you to achieve a high level of competency and success in your workplace.

Our organization is built on the principles of learning, skills acquisition and competency. The environment that we provide is one of achievement, fairness, equity, professionalism and excellence. The following Induction is to ensure that you get all the information that you need to start our training and assessment based program. If at any time there is anything that you do not understand or would like clarity on do not hesitate to ask the industry representative who is conducting the induction. No question or query is too small as it is our professional responsibility to ensure that all introductory bases are covered.

At industrylink we consider you an investment as your skill attainment, professional happiness and competent success is what makes our business work. We take our training and your experience very seriously. If at any time you need our help or support we need to know so that we can act accordingly. The induction process is not only a time for you to learn about us but it is also an opportunity for us find out about you. If you know that you will need to access some of our support services then you need to tell us so that we can help you achieve your, and our, goals and outcomes.

We are committed to the principles of learning and training and we are committed to your successes and challenges. During the induction session you will be asked to tick a checklist to make sure that all induction topics are covered. A trainee contract will be given to you to read and sign. If you need any support to do either of these things an industry representative will be happy to help. Please ask as many questions as you need and help yourself to our company brochures.
