Launched in March 2008, Kuzina restaurant facilitates training to apprentices and trainees by day and opens it’s doors to the public by night, where these talented and passionate students show case their skills to the public providing a service that is of the highest standard. Monitored and assessed every step of the way, the students are supervised by a team of professional and qualified trainers and assessors to ensure the high standards in the industry are met and maintained. With over 300 students registered with industrylink training, each student has the opportunity to be part of the Kuzina experience and be trained to become industry leaders. Kuzina’s cuisine is outstanding. The apprentice special of the night varies and it provides our talented young chefs the opportunity to design, prepare and showcase their dish as they present it to your table where they get to explain their innovation and flavours.
