Overview:

Diploma of Hospitality is aimed at management level employees or small business owners. Employees may be managing a department of a large enterprise, or managing a small hospitality operation. Training is provided for all areas of business management including; Managing budgets, ensuring business compliance, developing and implementing operation plans, conducting business relationships and implementing OH&S systems.

This course is appropriate for hospitality employees seeking to move into a management position, or for providing formal training and accreditation for hospitality employees already in a management position. This course leads to the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality.

Careers:

Students graduating from this course may find work as a restaurant manager, kitchen manager, front office manager, housekeeper, chef, sous chef, gaming manager, motel manager, unit manager (catering operations).
