Overview:

Certificate II is designed to provide training in a number of basic hospitality skills. It covers the fundamental areas of customer service, team building and service delivery. Certificate II is skills related. It also covers areas such as hygiene, health and safety, product awareness and financial administration. This course encompasses on-the-job training and great opportunities to gain experience in a variety of workplaces.

Careers:

Waiter and bartender in the general hospitality industry, including hotels, motels, resorts, bars, restaurants, taverns, cafes, airlines and other tourism establishments. Industrylink will assist in the recruitment process that will provide you with employment whilst undertaking your training.
