CERTIFICATE III IN HOSPITALITY (PATISSERIE) - SIT31107Certificate III covers a range of specialised patisserie units. However, the expectation is that you will be able to make discretional judgements and be able to multi-skill the tasks you are performing. Certificate III includes day to day people and supervisory skills as well as developing high standards and specialised food preparation and catering functionalities. Certificate III provides advanced, skill-based workshops and on-the-job practice, where you take responsibility and learn to provide a high level of advanced skills and knowledge in your place of work and for the future. You will be trained to provide assistance to new employees entering the field of patisserie in the workplace at a more advanced level. Certificate III in Hospitality (Patisserie) is made up of twenty four units, eighteen of which are pre-requisites to progress to the electives.
