Hospitality Cert III - SIT30707
Certificate III builds upon the content of Certificate II, as it covers a range of basic operational topics. However, the expectation is that you will be able to make discretional judgments and be able to multi-skill the tasks you are performing. Certificate III includes topics such as preparing and serving espresso coffee, specialist advice on wines, handling guest complaints, training others in the workplace and up selling techniques.
Certificate III provides more advanced, skill-based workshops, where you take greater responsibility and learns to provide a higher level of advanced skills and knowledge in your place of work and for the future.
